Acceptable Use Policy
What you may — and may not — do with SwiftLink.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service. It describes prohibited uses of the Service. Violations may result in link removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
2. Prohibited content and activity
You must not use the Service to create, share or promote links to:
- Phishing or fraud: fake login pages, impersonation, scams, or any attempt to steal credentials, money or personal data.
- Malware: viruses, ransomware, spyware, exploit kits, or anything designed to harm devices or networks.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam, or deceptive redirect chains.
- Illegal content: anything unlawful in your jurisdiction, including CSAM, sale of illegal goods, or instructions facilitating wrongdoing.
- Intellectual property infringement: pirated software, media or other copyrighted material shared without authorization.
- Hate or harassment: content promoting violence or severe harassment of individuals or protected groups.
3. Prohibited technical behavior
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, quotas or security controls.
- Using the Service to probe, scan or attack other systems.
- Creating links that chain-redirect through deceptive or cloaked destinations.
- Automated bulk creation outside the API and its documented rate limits.
4. Enforcement
We use automated screening at link-creation time (dangerous schemes, private-network targets and blocklisted domains are rejected). We also review abuse reports submitted by the public. Confirmed violations lead to link removal; repeat or severe violations lead to account suspension or termination.
5. Reporting violations
If you encounter a link that violates this policy, please report it. Every report is reviewed by our team.
This is the default policy text. The site administrator can customize it from the admin settings.
