1. The service

SwiftLink ("we", "us") provides URL shortening, link management, click analytics, QR code generation and related tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service — including shortening a link as a guest — you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including links created with your API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create links to content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy — including phishing, malware, spam and scams. We may suspend or delete links and accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Links and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Short links may stop working if they expire, exceed click limits, are deleted, or are removed for policy violations. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per the terms shown at checkout. Monthly link and click quotas reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused quota does not roll over. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you link to. You grant us a limited license to store, display and redirect them as needed to operate the Service. Analytics derived from clicks on your links are available to you in your dashboard.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
